Legislative Education Day is an event where youth, tobacco control experts, and concerned community members head to Albany to provide information about the problem with tobacco that exists in our communities and that tobacco is still taking lives. There is a human cost and an economic burden to New Yorkers, together we can help relieve this burden and create a healthier New York State.

Legislative Education Day is an event where youth, tobacco control experts, and concerned community members head to Albany to provide education about the problem with commercial tobacco that exists in our communities, that tobacco is still taking lives, and the tobacco industry is still targeting their marketing. There is a human cost and an economic burden to New Yorkers, but there are great opportunities for lasting change that can protect New Yorkers from the influence of tobacco in our communities.
